5.1 Taste of T&T Courses

• No Refunds: We do not offer any refunds for our Taste of T&T courses under any circumstances.

5.2 Mini-Courses

• Eligibility: You may request a refund only if:
  1. You submit your refund request within 30 days of purchase, and
  2. You have not accessed more than 30% of the course content (as determined by our internal tracking systems).
• No Refunds After 30 Days or >30% Usage: If more than 30 days have elapsed since the date of purchase, or if more than 30% of the course content has been accessed, no refund will be provided.

5.3 Refund Process

Contact support@trueandtrusted.co with your order details and reason for requesting a refund. We will review your eligibility and respond accordingly. Refunds, if approved, will be processed back to the same payment method used.

5.4 Cancellations

• General: You may cancel your purchase for a course if you have not accessed any material. Once you access any content, your refund rights (if any) are governed by Sections 5.1 and 5.2.
• Subscriptions (If Applicable): If we offer subscriptions, you may cancel anytime; however, any fees paid prior to cancellation are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in these Terms or required by law.

5.5 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in immediate account termination. We reserve the right to dispute any chargebacks we believe are unsubstantiated.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership

All content (videos, graphics, text, logos, etc.) is owned by trueandtrusted.co or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limited License

You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not modify, distribute, reproduce, or sell any content without our explicit written consent.

7. User Conduct

7.1 Prohibited Uses

You shall not:

• Violate any laws or regulations;
• Infringe upon third-party rights;
• Interfere with Site security or functionality;
• Submit false or misleading information.

7.2 User-Generated Content

Any content you upload (e.g., comments, reviews) grants us a royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and distribute such content on our Site.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.3 Exclusion of Damages

To the fullest extent permissible by law, trueandtrusted.co shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.

8.4 Maximum Liability

In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the total amount you paid for the Service in question.

9. Indemnification

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10.2 Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be settled by binding arbitration in Mumbai in accordance with the rules of the Mumbai Centre for International Arbitration (MCIA). The seat of arbitration shall be Mumbai, and the arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding, and judgment upon the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

10.3 Exception (Injunctive Relief)

Either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to enforce intellectual property rights or prevent unauthorized use of the Site.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site or Services at any time, without notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful.

12. General Provisions
