Refunds and Cancellations
1. Digital Product Nature
1.1 All purchases grant access to digital content and are not the purchase of a physical good.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are generally not provided once access has been granted.
2.2 A refund may be considered only if requested within 7 days of purchase and where less than 20 percent of the content has been accessed, as determined by internal tracking systems.
2.3 No refunds will be issued beyond this period or where content consumption exceeds the stated threshold.
3. Access and Availability
3.1 Access to content is provided for as long as such content remains available on the platform and is not guaranteed indefinitely.
3.2 True and Trusted Solutions LLP shall not be responsible for loss of access due to platform changes, migration of services, discontinuation, account inactivity, or technical issues.
4. Chargebacks
4.1 Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support shall result in immediate suspension or termination of access to the Services.
